Vision

A connected and responsible pastry profession in India, with room for students, working professionals, educators and different working environments.

05

What PCAI Does Not Do

PCAI does not offer academy accreditation or affiliation, external institute licensing, academy examination licences or an IBPE-type examination system. Membership is not a professional competence certification.

06

Professional Representation

An association can provide a professional forum without claiming exclusive representation, statutory authority or government recognition. Any formal representation mandate must identify its actual documented scope.

07

Indian Pastry Profession

Pastry practice in India spans hotel kitchens, bakeries, patisseries, chocolate work, confectionery, education and independent businesses. Those working contexts should remain visible in professional discussion.
