The present website
This notice describes the current static frontend and its private draft tools. The actual operating identity and final privacy arrangements need owner approval before live data collection. Hosting providers may generate access logs under their own configuration. The reading pages require no account, third-party analytics or connected membership database to display their content.
Information in a draft
The forms use the name, email, city or region, participation context, chosen theme and message that you enter to prepare a review in the active page. A contribution may include an optional authorised public HTTPS reference. There is no automatic database submission endpoint, attachment upload or background publication process connected to these forms.
Explicit download actions
Choosing the download action saves a JSON copy to your device. No email delivery, automatic submission, membership approval or operator response is created. Official contact channels remain pending confirmation.
Storage and changes
The enquiry tools do not persist entered values in local or session browser storage. Editing a field invalidates the previous review, and revisiting begins a new draft apart from recognised context selections in the URL. A downloaded file or printed resource remains wherever you choose to save it outside the website.
Keep sensitive material out
Do not enter identity documents, private client or learner records, medical information, confidential recipes, private workplace disputes or sensitive photographs in a general enquiry. Use only references you have authority to share. Any later process that genuinely needs sensitive information requires its own approved purpose, security and access arrangements.
Local assets and external destinations
Photography, fonts, styles and scripts are stored locally. Source-credit links and any public references lead to separately operated sites with their own policies. Illustrative photographs do not establish that depicted people or settings belong to the association. Official public contact details remain pending confirmation.
